Spring is in the air. Once you’re done with your spring cleaning, it’s time to treat yourself and the person you care about with a relaxing massage. I had the pleasure of reviewing this location for Spa Week’s Spring 2017 Event. From April 17th – 23rd, hundreds of spas across the country will give consumers the opportunity to explore wellness in an extraordinary and affordable way.

Elements is conveniently located in Chastain Square Parking Square. Elements is known for applying the right amount of pressure to ease any stress away.
When you walk in, you will be greeted by staff. Everyone is friendly and accommodating. There will be some preliminary paperwork to fill out to note any problem areas. You will be offered a refreshing beverage and then you’re off to your massage. As you walk down the hallway, you’ll be seconds away from tranquility.
If you’ve never had a massage before – I just wanted to let you know that you can take off as much or as little clothing as you desire. The masseur will provide a sheet, so you are covered. Relax your head into the hole of the massage table and relax. Feel free to speak up if you want more or less pressure.
I had the Swedish massage for an hour and it was heavenly. $49 for your first introductory massage for an hour. My masseur’s name was Cantrella and she made sure to give me some extra trips to stretch at the end of my massage. All of the social media I work on tends to have my head pointed down and created tension in my neck. You may never know how much stress your body is holding onto until you get a massage.
