Atlanta’s Favorite Celebration of Bacon returns on Saturday, March 25, 2017 from 1PM-6PM in the Old Fourth Ward. You don’t want to miss this!
One of my favorite date ideas is improv theater! The last guy who took me to Dad’s Garage on a date ended up traveling the world with me for three years. Men, heads up – it’s a winner.
But back to the Bacon…
BaconFest, the annual fundraiser for improv and comedy theatre Dad’s Garage, will happen on Saturday, March 25, 2017. This year’s festival will feature a literal ton of bacon, carnival games, a silent auction with awesome items, and tons of other surprises.
There will be FLIP CUP. I repeat: there will be FLIP CUP.
Two ticket levels will be available:
Bottomless Bacon and Whole Hog (VIP experience).
All festivalgoers will have access to as much bacon and beer they can imbibe, along with free access to our games and events. Whole Hog patrons will get a VIP experience with access to a whole roasted hog (courtesy of Bone Lick BBQ), extended beer and alcohol options at the VIP bar, access to inside restrooms, and an April Loyalty Card which gives you free tickets to Dad’s Garage shows for the month of April. This year’s BaconFest will have fewer tickets available, so all guests can have an awesome experience. Buy your tickets early to make sure you don’t miss out!
Expect unforgettable entertainment like a hobo wine tasting, naughty face painting, flip cup tournament, wheelchair obstacle course, and more. All proceeds benefit Dad’s Garage Theatre Company, a nonprofit theatre group that engages, cultivates and inspires artists and audiences alike by producing innovative, scripted and improvised works that are recognized locally, nationally and internationally for being undeniably awesome.
All attendees must be 21+ and IDs will be checked at the gate.
BaconFest and Dad’s Garage are fully wheelchair accessible with special drop off locations and an elevator in the building.
